Healthyplace Inc. Agreement

1. This agreement is between HealthyPlace, Inc. or any of its employees, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, parent companies, representatives, or any other person acting in the interest of HealthyPlace, Inc. of Texas, United States of America (hereinafter called "the Licensee") and Jinnah Mohammed of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago (hereinafter called "the Author").

2. The Licensee agrees that this contract comes into effect should the Licensee copy or authorise to copy any part of any document first displayed on either of the websites http://www.livingmanicdepressive.com or http://community.wow.net/alhambra/algernon/   both belonging to the Author for display on any website or electronic, paper, or other document or image or to keep it on any storage medium.

3. The Licensee agrees that the Author had given a temporary non-exclusive license to display those documents first posted on the website http://community.wow.net/alhambra/algernon/   on the website www.healthyplace.com up to 1 October 2000 at 11:59 pm in Trinidad and Tobago time. The Licensee agrees that the Author revoked all permissions to the Licensee to use any of the material first displayed on the website http://community.wow.net/alhambra/algernon/   in any manner whatsoever with effect from 1 October 2000 at 11:59 pm in Trinidad and Tobago and that the Licensee agrees to indemnify the Author for any liability or damages arising from the revoking of the said permissions.

4. The Licensee agrees that all agreements between the Licensee and the Author prior to 1 October 2000 at 11:59 pm Trinidad and Tobago time are immediately rendered null and void.

5. The Licensee agrees it has no claim to ownership and any rights of usage of any material authored by the Author.

6. The Licensee agrees that the terms of this agreement cannot be changed except in writing on a paper document with the attached signatures of both the Author and a representative of the Licensee with the capacity to enforce the terms of any agreement signed.

7. The Licensee agrees that should the Licensee copy or authorise to copy after 1 October 2000 at 11:59 pm Trinidad and Tobago time any part of any document first displayed on the websites http://www.livingmanicdepressive.com or http://community.wow.net/alhambra/algernon/  or http://livingmanicdepressive.blogspot.com or any other writings belonging to the Author or part of a blog, discussion group, or wiki moderated by the Author for display on any website or electronic, paper, or other document or image or to keep it on any storage medium constitutes an immediate agreement by the Licensee to rent from the Author at a fee of $1.00 United States Dollars per word per day per copy of the copied material (and $10.00 United States Dollars per image per day per copy) and accepts a grant of temporary non-transferable non-exclusive right of use and that the Author may at his sole discretion and without liability for any consequences caused by his decision withdraw any permission to use any of the material from this website by giving 24 hours notice via e-mail, letter, telephone, or fax. The Licensee also agrees to accept complete and sole responsibility for contacting the Author and informing him of the intention to copy and/or display any part of this website prior to said copying and/or displaying and agrees to pay an additional $30,000.00 United States Dollars should any part of the website be copied and/or displayed without contacting the Author.

8. All content authored by the Author can only be displayed as is. The Licensee is forbidden from editing any content of the Author in any manner whatsoever for any reason.

9. Notwithstanding the above, this web site and all information in it are protected by all laws regarding to copyright.
